“Just had the BEST sandwich i can recall ever eating. Brisket and cheddar on a gourmet bun. Wonderful selection of sandwiches, etc by an entrepreneur who's enthusiastic about his business. Be sure to look for him in the back corner of the Esso station and support a business that makes delicious food.”
“We’ve gone to this gas station for well over a decade when driving through Hope. The bathroom is always spotless. The fellows behind the counter are very friendly and helpful and always greet us with a friendly hello. It makes our day!

“Closed at 7:00 as we pulled in but kept the lights on until we had filled up. No store access. Was still able to receive and receipt because he pumps didn't dispense one.”
“There's an excellent cafe called Somewhere Else beside the station. It serves great home cooked food catering to breakfast & lunch. The prices are quite reasonable as well.???”
“I hate to do this as an area resident to the gas station, I was happy to see the new owners come in the old owners had some medical issues and we’re not able to be there all the time. The new hours of service are great but today’s visit I ended up purchasing sour chocolate milk, and cold chicken fingers I declined the chicken pieces as the young fellow behind the counter told me that he had left them in the oil and overcooked them Chocolate milk made me vomit. I hope I see improvements so that I can continue to patronize them.
Update: received a full refund and apology from the owner. I’ll continue to be a customer. But like any business. One mistake from one employee should not ruin the business. I’m hoping he gets the training he needs. Got more chicken fingers today MMMM…. Delicious!!

“Solid shell gas station. The staff inside are friendly and the bathroom is easily accessible. It’s a bit smaller for a gas station but they have all the stuff you need from a gas station. The shell is also quick to adjust fuel prices and are sometimes lower than everyone else. Good gas station”
“This is wonderful place. All the employees are very polite and friendly. They have a lot of variety of stuff and food specially people like me who eat vegetarian. This place is at very nice location.”
“I go to Chevron for the "no ethanol " high test gas. I use it for the lawn tractors and various small engines. Apparently, ethanol rots the carburetor seals. I've heard this from a number of mechanics, so I bite the bullet and pay the extra.”

“I fill up here each time between Victoria and Vernon (and return) and am always greeted with a friendly smile and given exceptional customer service. I've had great chats with Shiv the last two times (and he remembered me). Cathie is new (Trainee badge) but she might just wear that so people stay nice to her - is awesome and has a great mentor coaching her. I look forward to my next stop there in November (if not earlier).”

“Stopped In yesterday after a ride to Yale. I found the store very interesting, we bought fresh fruit all were delish, checked out the store and bought a beautiful thermos with a native design ?as I am Native. Unfortunately the lady in the back seemed to think I put something in my very small bag lol so we were asked to open and pull out contents of my very tiny little bag lol ? we laughed at this!! Time for your eye exams ladies ?…However we did manage to find a beautiful design of the “every child matters” t shirt that fits my husband! The native lady that served us well done!
