About Sunshine Inn
Sunshine Inn is a newer, comfortable, and quiet place to stay in Houston. The rooms are nice, clean, safe, and spacious, with comfortable beds, great bedding, and laminate flooring. Some rooms feature kitchenettes with newer appliances and a full-size fridge with freezer. While main floor rooms have an exterior entrance that remains locked, second and third floor rooms have patios. The staff are great, friendly, polite, professional, and helpful, offering wonderful service. The location is off the highway with basically no highway noise. It is downtown, in the middle of town, with excellent walkability. Stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, convenience stores, a gas station, and a pub are all within a short walking distance. The front desk offers complimentary coffee and a nice selection of organic teas. There is a cart for luggage, and while the door is not handicap accessible, it can accommodate ease of entering. Some guests note the rooms are usually pretty clean, though occasionally there can be oversights. A point of disappointment for some is the absence of a tub, having only a shower, and the visible pipes where sinks should be in some rooms. Laundry is available for an extra fee. Overall, it is considered absolutely worth staying in the region, certainly the most comfortable place to stay in Houston if you can afford the rate.
Decent hotel. Stay here every few weeks rooms are usually pretty clean except for the odd time i have found garbage under the beds.Walkability: Located downtown walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacys, convenience stores

All in all a nice clean safe place to lay your head in Houston :) My only strike against is to finally install them sinks… the pipes sticking out the walls where the sinks should be is pretty unsightly!

The room was extremely clean and everyone I interacted with who worked there was polite, professional, and helpful. Absolutely worth staying if you're in the region!
