“Awesome shop. I had nearly $15k in receipts over 4 years while I lived in Kamloops as they built and kept my abused XJ running. Once I moved to the lower mainland I tried a few of the big name shops down here who are good but I still ended up going back to Sportsman for my newer jeep to have it lifted. I've since bought a Clysdale Van. These guys are awesome all round both their service department, the mechanics they hire and the owners. The owners are involved heavily in the 4x4 community and local clubs through sponsorships and volunteering. I'd never hesitate to recommend them or have my friends and family use them.”

“We can’t say enough great things about the service and quality we received from the team at Dan’s. They processed our claim without any issues, started work on our vehicle promptly and kept us up to date with the repair process. We also had them install PPF on our new car and we were very happy with the results. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately and when our vehicle was ready we had the opportunity to do a final walk through. Everyone was very professional and personable. Incredible service. We would highly recommend Dan’s Collision to anyone!”

“My husband and I brought both our trucks to this shop for rust and paint repair. We are more than satisfied with our vehicles. Both look like new.Bill even repaired the door latch and adjusted the door so it is like new. The price was much below what we were quoted at another shop that had done a shoddy job on one side of one of the trucks and it ended up coming back with orange instead of red paint. He corrected the job and repainted it. Now the whole truck is the same color. I highly recommend Bill and his wife Sandy who does the detailing. They are a great team!!! Oh and their dog is pretty sweet too! Thanks for all you guys did for us!!!”

“My first purchasing experience with this dealership was great. They even gave me a quick lesson on how to drive a manual Jeep. That was 3 years ago and when I inquired about getting an upgrade, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about my every need. When I refused their first 3 offers, they didn't give up and bent the knee to give me the deal I was looking for. On the day of picking up my new truck, I inquired about a tonneau cover... they had it in stock, but no staff to do the install. I asked if I could install it myself on the lot and asked if I could borrow some tools from them. Yuup! No problem, the parts manager even came out himself and helped me with the install. Saved myself a boat load of installation fees and I enjoy getting things done myself. Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.”

“I owe a big thanks to the Craftsman Team for fixing my Honda CRV and will be recommending this place to anyone looking for a shop. I just purchased this vehicle used last year, with low KM on it so I was hoping for a miracle that it wouldn’t be written off by insurance. After having a hard time finding a place to take my car in (without being months away), Greg had me bring my car down and took the car in. I was super grateful for being kept in communication during the entirety of the repair. Even when a part came in that wasn’t satisfactory, rather than just put the part on my car, they sent the part back and ordered a different one— the eye for detail and commitment to quality I appreciated. Also being offered a loaner vehicle to use for the weekend was also appreciated. Thank you Craftsman Team!”

“Had to bring my truck in and waiting a year for the new motor from the manufacturer. The team at Hanson was awesome and they helped me out along the way. The team from the front of the shop and back of the shop where professional and knowledgeable with any questions I had. It was a long road to get the truck to where it is today. Its nice to have a place I can trust. If I have a problem that I can't figure out or need to get fixed. I have pro to shop I can count on. Hanson Auto repair team is a team I can turn and stand behind. Thank you !”
