“I called Shane after I had a mishap with my 2014 GMC Sierra SLE truck and rubbed the forward box side on my metal gate. The dent was horrible and I went to get an estimate with a local body shop and it was almost 5 times the amount Shane estimated.. I did not want to paint just before winter and he said he may get 95% of the damage out.. I was totally amazed by the out come... I still walk by the truck and cannot see the damage.. Thank you so much Shane...”

“Service was excellent!Just before moving to BC, a construction company in Ontario damaged my wife's car and agreed to pay for the repairs directly without insurance. Zimmer Manager Keith was extremely helpful with all aspects of the repair. He coordinated payment from the construction company, coordinated minor unrelated service with Zimmer GM while the vehicle was at the collision center, and even coordinated transport and vehicle pick-up for my wife who was flying into Kamloops after shop-hours.
