“My experience with Scott and the rest of the team was over the top exceptional.
Stranded in the area on a trip with failed ball joints Scott confirmed my diagnosis via text photos and was able to source the parts before I was towed in and complete the work same day. On a sunny 40 degree day working outside the shop to accommodate.. Outstanding service. Honest/transparent cost wise as well that ended up coming in better than what I was expecting.
First place I’ll be calling if I’m in the area again and can’t recommend them enough.

“I brought my vehicle to City Centre Auto to have a few things checked out. What started as a routine visit ended up requiring a clutch replacement and a hose for the A/C. Unfortunately, the A/C turned out to have some additional complications, and the exact issue was difficult to diagnose.
Keith and his team went above and beyond to figure it out. They tried several things to get the A/C working properly and, even though it was a frustrating situation, they never gave up. They were determined to help and did everything they could to find a solution.
Throughout the whole process, they were incredibly easy to deal with, reasonable, honest, and forthcoming. I was originally referred to City Centre Auto, and I’m so glad I was. I would now recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable mechanic.

“The mechanics fixed up my son's mini van quickly. We had a leaking y pipe and a thermostat stuck closed. We called Friday and had BCAA (we have BCAA I suggest you get it if you dont have it.) bring the van to them on Saturday. And we had great communication on Monday on what they diagnosed and cost to repair through each step. Thank you for the great communication and excellent service.”

“We cannot recommend Drago's Autopro (located at 130 Wilson St, Kamloops) highly enough! The front-end staff is incredibly efficient, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We brought our truck in for the A/C, their mechanic diagnosed the problem in just minutes. We easily booked an appointment to get the work done for a few days later. “Doug was fantastic to deal with and I would highly recommend working with this shop. I travel to Kamloops frequently for schooling from out of town and my Subaru decided to flash all the transmission lights on the dash as I was heading home. The team provided me a safe and warm space to lay low while I waited for a ride to come from out of town. Although the team was unable to fit my vehicle in, they took it upon themselves to connect with another shop for me. When they contacted me, I was unsure how I would get my vehicle to the other shop and they took it over there for me. I believe this shop is honorable and effective in their communication. “The diagnostic fee was reasonable and the service was excellent. We had a check engine light pop up on my way back to Calgary from Vancouver. He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue. Luckily it was just a bad Mass Air Flow Sensor which is very easy to replace and nothing more severe. He explained the issue and likely cause, let us know it was safe to continue driving, told us where we could source the part at a reasonable price and gave us instructions on how to swap it out once we were home. We made it home safe and the issue was fixed after I replaced the sensor.”
“Awesome shop. I had nearly $15k in receipts over 4 years while I lived in Kamloops as they built and kept my abused XJ running.
Once I moved to the lower mainland I tried a few of the big name shops down here who are good but I still ended up going back to Sportsman for my newer jeep to have it lifted.
I've since bought a Clysdale Van.
These guys are awesome all round both their service department, the mechanics they hire and the owners.
The owners are involved heavily in the 4x4 community and local clubs through sponsorships and volunteering.
I'd never hesitate to recommend them or have my friends and family use them.”

“Quality work. Recently used Magnum Machine to have my heads flow tested, decarbed, valve stem seals replaced. They were able to nail the culprit and replace a burnt valve, replaced those pesky valve seals no one really wants to do at home themselves, and cleaned the heads to look damn near brand new, We just installed the heads back on the car and everything seems solid, running on all cylinders and it also drinks a lot less oil now! Thanks to everyone at magnum!”

My truck broke down driving from 100 Mile House to the lower mainland about 200m before an exit in Kamloops. I just happened to get it to a parking lot across the street from The Garage. They were so helpful. The instantly went to work finding out what was wrong with it (throttle body sensor, I believe), ordered the part to be delivered, and installed it the second the part arrived. I had a dog and two kids with me, it was above 30 degrees and I worked the next morning. They got us back on the road in under an hour. I'm super lucky things happened where and when they did and I can't thank The Garage enough times for how professional and accommodating they were.

“Quite literally the best tire shop in Kamloops! I had a flat in July that they patched and yesterday the tire started leaking again. They replaced the tire for me (not at my expense) and let me know what had happened. Considering the tire went flat just before Christmas, I was concerned about cost and was so very thankful this didn’t cost me. “My first purchasing experience with this dealership was great. They even gave me a quick lesson on how to drive a manual Jeep. That was 3 years ago and when I inquired about getting an upgrade, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about my every need. When I refused their first 3 offers, they didn't give up and bent the knee to give me the deal I was looking for. On the day of picking up my new truck, I inquired about a tonneau cover... they had it in stock, but no staff to do the install. I asked if I could install it myself on the lot and asked if I could borrow some tools from them. Yuup! No problem, the parts manager even came out himself and helped me with the install. Saved myself a boat load of installation fees and I enjoy getting things done myself. Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.”
