My concern was I’d be charged extra days due to the stat holiday. I went back that night to try it again no luck. I called during business hours and they took care of my return without the extra day charge. Thanks :)”
“I have rented with Enertrize for years. Unfortunately, the last two times that I have rented I have been forced to wait after pre booking and in both cases did not get what I had ordered and in both cases the vehicle was not equipped with what I had ordered and the staff insured me they were prior to going to the vehicle. At the kamloops Airport the booth was under staffed and the staff were not knowledgeable about the vehicles they were renting as to how they are equipped. I will still keep renting from Enterprise because of their excellent history but if this keeps up I will have to consider alternatives. When I rent I am ussually on a time crunch and can't afford unnecessary delays.”

From picking me up & dropping me off to upgrading to the larger vehicle I needed for my daughter’s wedding, everything was done with finesse. Booking, pick up, returning, payment.. everything was awesome!! When I need to rent a vehicle again, it’s an easy choice for me.
