It was before the store was actually open, but despite that, the people working inside let us come in and helped us trade for a smaller truck. They were extremely helpful and kind about it. It was such a relief to us, we are very thankful for their help.”

“Rented here twice now and have had no problems at all. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional! Even when busy they still accommodated us. The truck was clean and it ran great. Would rent from here again.There are some other reviews providing low star ratings which I think they got confused with the U-haul rental storage facility which is at a different location. Unfortunately that 1-star rating is not applicable here, ignore those individuals. Never had ANY problems here.”
