Professional and easy to access.
Reservation changes were easy to make without penalty the day before.
Mileage charges are where costs increase quickly.”

“I was having trouble trying to use the app for the truck return on the same day on a Sunday.
My concern was I’d be charged extra days due to the stat holiday. I went back that night to try it again no luck. I called during business hours and they took care of my return without the extra day charge. Thanks :)”

“I came in on Friday to ask about a van rental and came to understand that they are rented on a first come first serve basis. The manager, Ian, took my number and said he would call me thr next day. Since I was in need of a truck right away and in trying all avenues, I went onto the enterprise website when I got home and was able to reserve a van from Monday to Wednesday at $60 per day. When Ian called me back on Saturday he said can you come down right away? I have a van for you to rent he said, and he was able to honour the amount that I was quoted on the website. I went down on Saturday and was able to rent a van which was perfect for the job. I returned the van as agreed at 10 AM on Thursday and was billed exactly what Ian had quoted me at the onset. Ian is upstanding man, a man of his word, and he gave me a really good deal on a van, which worked perfect for the job! I am grateful and I will certainly be renting at Enterprise the next time I need a vehicle. Ian, thanks again for everything. Good day to you.”
