“We love our new blinds. Janice was great to work with to select the best colour and style for our house. Steve installed them perfectly and they look great. I would highly recommend Portfolio Interiors!”
“Sales lady who helped me (honestly feel bad for not getting her name) was very helpful. Zero pressure, and efficiently helped me and my wife find the perfect bed for us. I will be in need of a rocker recliner soon, and I know where ill be getting it. Lovely people, and good prices.”
“Salesperson Sean was very pleasant to work with... freezer was delivered on the day & time was discussed at the store in Kamloops. The delivery guys were friendly & efficient one of them was Anthony didn't get the other ones name... all in all very pleased with everything. Now to get it set up”
“Sean Garvey is above all the best service provider I have ever dealt with. I would never go anywhere else. He and the team always deliver and are extremely helpful! Highly recommend you talk to Sean Garvey and get yourself one of the awesome printers. I have saved thousands of dollars and trips to staples and its far less expensive. Thank you Sean and Team!”
“I dealt with Rob regarding a specific coffee table yesterday & he was incredibly helpful. I told him that I had saw it on sale at City Furniture but they advised due to tariffs and other shipment issues, there was no ETA for the table to arrive. So I reached out to Ashley which did not have the sale on but they had a table in stock staged. Rob said he could offer me the table for cheaper than City Furnitures sale and that I could come pick up today. We arrived, he was very helpful, did a quick check that the table was in quality shape and I was happy with it. I really appreciated the effort to win the sale and check availability, etc for me. Thanks so much!”
“Sales was great. Mike did a 10 out of 10 job. He always answers his calls not pushy easy to work with. Gabriel the delivery driver was 10 out of 10 as well. I have been shopping with City Furniture for 20 plus years. I have shopped around many times I never bought anywhere else.”
“We were in desperate need of outdoor floor tiles to finish a job that was 80% complete. We ordered through Kelowna Jysk but they never came and we were told only way to get them now was at the Kamloops store. Drove the 2 hours to Kamloops and could not find them in the store but told Ivan our story and he went on a mad search for them as they showed some in inventory. I watched in amazement as Ivan scaled warehouse shelves with the skill and grace of Spider-Man, climbing ladders and shelves, looking behind boxes of other goods and eureka, he announced he found them.
Jysk, you have a real “keeper” with Ivan. Thanks for the fantastic service.”
“We are Very pleased with the personable, professional help we received from Debbie, with the purchase of several items at the Kamloops store. Also thanks to Nagar and Kinsey when Debbie was unavailable. Thank you all.”

“Super happy with our Tree Craft solid wood table from Urban Cabin. So unique, and truly beautiful. LOVE the hand scraped top and wormy maple wood. Took 8 weeks to arrive, but was so worth the wait! The girls were super helpful, and easy to work with - special thanks to Nicole for helping us get exactly what we wanted!”
“Hello I thought I'd share I went in was left alone walked around if you're looking for a recliner I swear there must be over 30 that you can try and top of the line high high end quality leather typical lazy boy as I walked around for over 20 minutes I was left alone as I said then the manager or the owner I'm not sure came up to me looked at me and within seconds new which chair would be best for me because of his experience so if you're looking for a recliner and you want to professional to pick one for you so it fits you perfectly due to your size weight and your desires I would recommend dropping in and trying out the 35 chairs and then asking him which one he thinks is the right one as I did I hope this helps with your decisions have a great day God bless you all”
“We were really happy with the look of the cabinet/bed. We did notice once we had assembled the bed that there was some damage to the wood. We informed Wholesale Furniture brokers right away after we saw the damage and they were terrific helping us to replace the damaged piece. It was delivered to us quickly and has now been assembled and looks great!
Thank you”
