“I just wanted people to know about the amazing fellow who works at the wireless centre in Costco in Kamloops. His name is Abid
First you need to know that I am an 86-year-old woman who has had cell phones, but wanted to change her plan and provider which meant of course, leaving the plan that I had now which made it a little more fussy. I also wanted to get a new phone from this desk and get rid of the phone. I had presently on a Telus plan. It was a bit of a pain as that plan had not ended yet. However, Abid was amazingly patient through all of this and so pleasant.
I am sure that he will not forget me because I was somewhat a bit of a pain in the butt, but he just did his thing professionally and with a smile on his face and made me feel like I was the most important person anywhere near that counter. I hope if any of you are thinking about changing phones or providers, and you live in the Kamloops area, go into Costco and ask for Abid
The man has the patience of Job and my experience with him helping me was so pleasant. He is a jewel and if you’re considering changing anything or just getting your first start on a cell phone, you cannot go wrong by dropping in there and seeing him.
