“I went to 3! Different Telus stores in town and sat on the phone for half an hour before going in here as a last ditch effort to resolve my issue. It was the only telus experience I got, including the phone call, where the staff actually greeted me upon entering, they were friendly, polite, and mostly importantly the only ones that could seem to help me with my issue. Didn't get the gentleman's name that helped me but both him and the young girl working with him were a pleasure to deal with after my experience as a whole. If you have questions or concerns regarding your account I would highly recommend dealing with them above the others in town. Thanks again for helping me out!”

“I bought,and had my car stereo installed at this store ,and im very impressed with the service ,from JT ,and Steve . They were very accommodating and professional ,explained everything,and got the job done , ive had the stereo a week now ,and really enjoy it ,plus I now have Bluetooth in my 2011 jeep ,and the sound is amazing . I would HIGHLY recommend visions ,and JT ,and Steve are awesome to deal with ,they treat you with respect ,and are pleasant ,and know their stuff 😀 they treat you like a valued customer ,and I will definitely be doing bussiness with them in the future. “I went there to just check about buying something but you can get it through their store but you have to go online they don't carry it in the store not really a fan of that so that's why I only gave them four stars another example of it doesn't matter what the people want they're not going to go above and beyond to you know carry products in the store they're trying to force people to go online I just don't see that as a sustainable thing for us as the purchasers but that's just me....”
