“I needed to meet with a doctor to get a prescription. After multiple attempts on other online medical platforms over several days and going in person to an urgent care facility, I was still at square one and quite frustrated. Someone told me about Pure Pharmacy and their online doctor appointments, so I registered and literally 30 minutes later I received a call from a knowledgeable physician who promptly got my prescription done and sent to a local pharmacy. Easiest appointment I've ever had in my life. I highly recommend using this service!”

Making sure I didn’t have any underlying questions, and answering any that I had. Provided solutions to symptoms. “Ya, it's fine aside from the ever-soaring cost of food shopping. I suppose they have a beer and wine store within, which is not common around here to have groceries and alcohol mixed. I'm all for it but some may feel differently either way that's what they have going on there as well as being a large grocery store it has just about everything I would suggest.”

“The downtown location is very busy and sometimes short staffed but they do try very hard to take care of there customers but the other Tranquille Rd location has more staff so the waiting time is much less. I've been getting my medications there for about 6 or 7 years at the downtown location so they can't be too bad.”

This my friends is the difference between providing great service or simply being open to sell you anything. “Have been using this drug store for my prescriptions for many years, friendly staff and knowledgeable. The one thing they often can't get right is the type of lid for pill bottles. I'm a senior with no children in my household yet pharmacy staff issue the press and turn lids for my prescriptions. For years they have it noted on my file to use the the snap lids. The most recent one would not press and turn no matter what I tried. Finally managed after struggling, to open it with a bottle opener. My next thought was to smash in with a hammer!”
“On August 17th at around 4:30 I was in your pharmacy and received the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. The young lady who was working the front till was very knowledgeable and directed me to what I was looking for; unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I was then approached by another young woman named Garame (I don’t think I spelled that correctly, sorry) and she was so kind, going around the store collecting the items I needed as I was on crutches. Between them they quickly did up my purchases and even carried them out to my car, wishing me a speedy recovery as I left. I don’t know who the manager is of this store but I just wanted them to know how lucky they are to have such fantastic staff. Thanks again ladies!!!”
“I was in today and I was so surprised at the service in the makeup department. I don't usually go in to this shoppers but regardless, it seems to be that customer service is sub par everywhere these days so I don't expect much anywhere I go. I went in and was greeted right away, and when it was observed that I was wandering around not sure of my surroundings I was asked if I needed help and I although I had a photo of what shade of makeup I needed I realized I didn't remember what the brand was and the picture didn't show. I was laughing about the mishap when the lady looked at the open photo on my phone and said "Oh! That's so-and-so brand" (I guess she recognized the packaging) and led me right to the section and grabbed the shade I needed and helped me pay for my items and I was out of there right away. Yay for good customer service and employees who are knowledgeable about their department and good at what they do! She was tall and young and blonde and pretty :) Give her a raise!”

“Pharmasave isn't just a pharmacy. It's not full of employees working to collect a paycheck. It is so much more than that and every member of their staff is there as they care genuinely and it doesn't take long to notice. If you're not dealing with pharmasave, I'd suggest you evaluate your situation and what better place to start. Whether it's a prescription, personal matter, oy you have no one else to ask or talk to, you'll never feel embarrassed or looked down at like many of the other places in town I won't name.
I wouldn't even think twice anytime I'm going to a pharmacy. It's going to be a pharmasave, thanks for being there guys, oh yeah you too gals :)
