I had alot of troubles myself with any banking needs and I have found the most helpful and calmest bank workers here in North shore branch! They help and solve problems... Love RBC!!

Manager and bank teller was very unprofessional and rude to the point of being racist and accusatory towards clients. I would give no stars if I could. One star is way too many. I will never suggest this bank to any of my enemies

Calling in is a joke now. Go through all the prompts to speak to an adviser just for them to hang up. Not impressed with the virtual assistant. I should be able to speak to an adviser if I want to.
