“Coleen is the best employee at this branch in Kamloops. Her long term service and experience has been a value to me over the years. Recently, I had a major issue with my account that needed to be sorted out. The BMO call centre didn't provide any value to assist with my situation, but Coleen sorted it out within an hour, along with updating some of my internal security banking information for me without me even asking. I really hope that this BMO branch compensates and appreciates how much value long term, experienced banking employees, such as Coleen, add to clients who are going through overwhelming situations.”
