“Never had to wait longer than ten minutes in a lineup here. The staff are always polite and willing to find ways to make things work for me. I started banking here two years ago. It's racist of me, but I was initially concerned that because none of the staff are originally from Canada that I could be treated poorly or in ways that aren't congruent with good customer service standards, like how it can be at other businesses. My apprehension was misplaced. They have always been lovely towards me every time I go there and no matter my questions. Stay golden, Scotiabank employees!”
