Safeway Pharmacy Fortune has served some customers for over 18 to 30 years. Reviews note it has been professional and consistent, with excellent and long-lasting pharmacy assistants. Recently, there has been a lot of staff turnover and changes, with some new, young staff members. Some customers report not liking the new staff, describing interactions involving questioning and looks that caused stress or embarrassment. Others believe the current team is pretty good and a good team, and they continue to use the pharmacy despite occasional bumps in the road.
I’ve been with Safeway pharmacy for over 18 yrs. I am not happy with the turn over altho right now it’s a good team I believe. I miss a few of the assistants and a few pharmacists but the fellow I there now is pretty good. I will continue here as it’s been too long to change
