“Quite literally the best tire shop in Kamloops! I had a flat in July that they patched and yesterday the tire started leaking again. They replaced the tire for me (not at my expense) and let me know what had happened. Considering the tire went flat just before Christmas, I was concerned about cost and was so very thankful this didn’t cost me. They have gone above and beyond making sure to see my car the same day for the 3 visits. Thank you again, I truly appreciate it!!”

When it comes to auto services scam artists are around every corner but Integra Tire took time to listen to my concerns, not just perform and bill me for services not required (in this case allignment), tried more cost effective approaches first, and communicated brilliantly at every turn. “D&G tire came to my rescue in finding a transmission for my Pontiac Wave. I would give a 5 star and maybe they do deserve it but, it seems like priority was not in the cards when ordering the transmission from there supplier located 6 hours away. Two weeks has gone by and to of which it should of taken 1 week maximum to process the order. Like 1 day to prepare 1 day process 1 day to ship, and if longer - that info needs to be communicated to the customer. So 1 week went by I followed up on the situation and didn't really get a satisfying answer, so I assumed they were busy. So I left it to them . Another week went by and now I'm beginning to worry like what's happening. Well mysteryously it arrived . It's not D&G fault but a part of the issue of putting inquiries of a expensive item to where are they - communication is got to be handled much better or you risk credibility...So please - D&G learn from this and you'll save a lot of bad publicity...”

“We had one of the most memorable and amazing customer service experiences at Kal Tire Notre Dame in Kamloops. We were traveling from Calgary to BC when we suddenly ran into a tire emergency on the road. Needless to say, we were stressed and worried about what to do next.
I called Kal Tire, and from the very first phone call, I was met with kindness and reassurance. The young lady at reception was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. She immediately made us feel like we were in good hands.
A special thank you goes to Matt Shakespeare, who went above and beyond to help us. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting us safely back on the road. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a smooth and worry-free experience because of his outstanding support.
