“Our experience with Hometown was great! We told them we were just looking and not buying the first day we started shopping for ideas and there was no pressure. We dealt mostly with Vicki and she was lovely and knowledgeable! We ended up coming back a week later to look again to look at one there and one elsewhere so told them we would let them know in a few hours and still there was no pressure. Vicki was very helpful and we felt like she really wanted us to be confident in our purchase and we felt we were able to relax on the potential purchase! We left for a few hours and ended up coming back to make our purchase! They helped us customize the couch and thats what sold us! We also had some assistance from Ryan and he was also very helpful. Overall we had a great couch buying experience and are loving our purchase so far! The price was also amazing! Go see them!

Tony was able to diagnose issues with my alarm system, and instead of selling me a new system was able to fix the issue with mine in a very timely manner. We worked well together and was very reasonable with their fees.
I had two other companies, insisting that it’s not possible to repair and we’re wanting to sell me a whole new system. I wish there were more companies with honesty and integrity in the world. This company is one of them and would highly recommend them.”
“Purchased a washing machine/dryer set about a month ago. Amazing experience. Hands down.We went in for a new washer and dryer, it was our 3rd store, not happy with customer service at previous places. I did a bunch of research myself before starting to shop and I knew I wanted a top load set, and I was leaning towards a certain brand. Long story short, David approached us and completely schooled me onwashing machine and dryers. He was great, very respectful and insanely knowledgeable.We ended up going back the next day and buying the Electrolux set.There was an issue with delivery but I don't think it's anyone's fault. It was one day turnaround from purchasing to delivery date and David wasn't working that day to facilitate it. Also a mixup with installation but a very quick reply from David, a sales associate ended up coming out on a Saturday at the end of the day to do the install. We said it wasn't a big deal to do the install another day but he still came out.I work in construction so I know mixups like this happen and it doesn't bother me, it's the response to the issue I care about. David and Trail went above and beyond at every step. I now need appliances for my rental unit and I will not be shopping around this time.”

“The lovely lady that helped me replace my phone was amazing, she was super friendly and explained everything for me to understand before I chose what phone to get, she helped me change the sim and even tho it was the end of her shift she made sure I left satisfied with my purchase.
