CENTEX is a privately owned gas station with a personal feel and full service, where staff run out to pump fuel and wash windows. The staff are quite good, surprisingly helpful, and friendly, showing a bit of effort. It is a best place for propane tank refills, offering a great deal. Prices are fair, with a two-cent discount on fuel every day. The store has a good selection of items like propane, clothes, hats, paraphernalia, groceries, torch lighters, and cords. The store is small so selection is limited, but it offers cool items not found at chain stations. The store and back area are clean. The location is noted for undesirables gathering across the highway.

Different from how I remember, it's still good and the bathroom is usually always clean. Goods are pretty pricy even for convenience store standards, expect to pay sometimes a dollar more for sweets. I'd wait until Greenwood or Beaverdell for snacks
