“i went to the brick tonight with my sales receipt to use some money i was going to be given back on an older purchase. found frank there, a sales rep, that i have often dealt with buying a new couch/ottoman and other various items over the years. he showed me around the store and found me some items that were on sale for next day but i was able to buy them tonight at the sale price. saved me a quite a bit of money on a new mattress, delivery, pillows etc. will give 5 stars for the service i received from frank, as usual. thanks frank”

“I want to give special recognition to Sam for providing one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Best Buy. From the beginning, Sam was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process very easy and comfortable for me. What really stood out was his dedication to helping customers. Sam went above and beyond to make sure I found the right product and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and never made me feel rushed. Instead, he made sure I felt confident with my decision. Employees like Sam truly make a difference in the customer experience. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help deserve recognition. Best Buy is very lucky to have someone like him on the team.??”

“?? I have had two opportunities to interact with a young man from the London Drugs Photo Lab recently, his name is Logan S. I had photos to transfer from my cell phone to the computer to get developed. For some reason several of my photos were not loading. I was becoming extremely frustrated, Logan came to my aid. He was strikingly patient with my exasperation, he encouraged me and calmly took over explaining what the problem was and proceeded to work out the solution. I found Logan to be friendly, knowledgeable, professional with amazing people skills. I have witnessed very few exceptional workers in my life but this young man was definitely one of them. In my opinion he encapsulated all the characteristics of a leader. This young man will go far in life. I have no doubt he would be an incredible supervisor. Logan is most certainly an asset to the store, they are blessed to have him as an employee. I will continue to take my business there. Thank you.”

“Usually pretty good when i go there. A little pricy, but what's expected for a 24 hr convenience store. The staff are great. Put up with a lot BS. Selection is pretty good. However, they don't have hardly any gluten free stuff. That would be way better.”
