“My tv was not working properly so I used the visions extended warranty program to try and get my tv repaired.every one I contacted through Kelowna visions was very helpful.they gave me a work order and I took my tv to be repaired. a few days later I was told they could not fix it. the next call was from Kelowna visions to tell me to come in and they gave me a new tv. the salesman sukhchain aujla was amazing he spent a lot of time with me until I was ready to pick the tv I wanted, and am very happy with it. thank you again sukh.”

“I wanted to recognize Abdul at the Best Buy Mobile desk inside the Orchard Park Best Buy for outstanding customer service.
My friend was opening a new Koodo account. She speaks very little English and is fluent in Turkish and German, so what could have been a stressful experience required a great deal of patience and communication.
Abdul went well above and beyond. He spent a considerable amount of time with us, using translation tools to make sure everything was understood and that every question was answered. He never seemed rushed or impatient and took the time to ensure everything was set up correctly.
By the end of the visit, my friend left happy, comfortable, and confident with her new phone and Koodo account.
In a world where people are often quick to complain, I think it’s just as important to recognize outstanding service. Abdul demonstrated professionalism, patience, kindness, and genuine care for his customer. He is an excellent representative of both Best Buy and the Best Buy Mobile team.
