It can be crowded, with lines down the length of the building, requiring patience through the crowds. The staff are very professional and efficient, with employees known for kind gestures. The food court is always overwhelmed. Parking is great and traffic flow is much improved. Some product availability can be disappointing, with certain items like regular chicken breasts sometimes missing. As the only Costco catering to a large area, customers wish there was another location for better access.
