“We were on a search for a new mattress after our Simmons Beautyrest developed huge indentations. After researching current mattress options it seemed as though latex mattresses were worth a try! Unfortunately not all mattress showrooms carry latex options.
Enter Sleepy's! Carling showed us lots of options across their line up of organic mattresses and gave us lots of useful information about their latex and non-latex products. Family owned, no pressure, and an overall great group of people; we ended up with a Dunlop latex mattress that we love!”
“We went to Treehouse wanting to purchase an L shape couch. Patti took the time to understand our needs and our space, and recommended that we go with a standard couch with an ottoman instead which ended up cheaper than what we initially went in for.
We just received the order and are ecstatic with how it turned out, and very pleased with the delivery men, Aaron and Landon. They were respectful, and removed their shoes every time they entered our house without being asked to.
Furthermore, I sent Patti a couple of follow up questions after the delivery, and she responded in a timely manner.
Our experience with Treehouse has been exceptional!”
“Karen was so incredible. She was patient and knowledged and gave wonderful advice .
I chose to have Roman blinds in a beautiful linen and they are exactly what o pictured in my mind.
The installers were also extremely friendly, curious and took care in installing my beautiful blinds.
I would highly recommend Blinds Plus”
“Incredible product presented beautifully, with care and intention. Very accommodating service. The product was personally delivered to me on a tight schedule by someone who cared for my experience and needs. Very much appreciate this business and will now be the only source I use for new age creations. The website is also well made and full of beautiful products.”
“Loved this place when it was open but I went to go there May 2025 and the store is no longer there :( super unfortunate! Loved this store so much, it was a hidden gem”
“One of our favourite stores always to visit when coming to Kelowna!!! So many amazing unique items. Not only is the home beautifully packed with decor, candles, rugs, and so much more but what an amazing heritage home that has been redone so beautifully! Just such a wonderful experience every time we get to visit and shop!”
“Alissa made the whole framing experience easy and a joy to do. Her suggestion of frame was excellent and the turn around time was swift. We’re so happy with the results!”
“Beautiful shop with exceptional service! I always love dropping in here. I’m always met with kindness and any help I might need. If you’re looking for gorgeous home decor, quality products or even a jellycat, this is the spot!”

“Been shopping here for awhile, but wanted to give a shout out to Norene (sorry if im misspelling that) but her customer service was phenomenal and the selection in this store is bananas. Definitely recommend everyone to stop in here while they travel through the mall because undoubtedly something will catch your eye every time you pass through”
“I have worked in two different businesses that have provided products to this company. I am impressed as to how diligent they are to meet a client's expectations. They are also wonderful to work with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to design a quality space.”
“Came here looking for a gift for some friends. Vanessa was working and helped us out! She was very kind & the store layout was beautiful. We got exactly what we were looking for and the service was top notch. Would recommend for anyone visiting or living in Kelowna !”
“This was our first time using Splashes for a renovation, and we will be back! Lots of help in the showroom from someone who felt a little lost picking out the best fixtures. The fixtures are all beautiful, functional and great quality!”
“I was shopping online and noticed an item on sale that showed limited availability. I popped into the store yesterday, and unfortunately they did not have it in stock. No big deal as sometimes inventory numbers online vs the store don't match.
Even though I didn't leave with what I was looking for, I still had a great experience. Jessica was the associate that helped me and was truly amazing. I had questions about other pieces to buy for my home as I'm looking to change things up. She asked great follow up questions, took the time to listen to what I was looking to accomplish and provided honest feedback.
Just when you think customer service is dead in this world.....enter Jessica.
What a gem!”
“Great service, got me in quickly to deal with my leaking windshield seal on my Jeep. Kept me updated throughout the process with the issues that they found. Price was reasonable, would not hesitate to use them again.”
“Great products. Exceptional staff. Good prices I saved a ton compared to other places for the same bed. Will definentally buy from them again when we need a new bed.”
