“I may not live in Kelowna but that doesn’t make a difference to have it shipped fast to Alberta! I’ve bought a bbq and some spices online from wicker land and the products speak from themselves and the fast shipping takes all the hassle out of online ordering! My last order was some spices and sauces that I ordered on a Friday and picked them up off of my porch on Tuesday a province away!! Their customer service is thorough and efficient! Rest at ease when ordering online!”

“My first cooking class, but definitely not my last one. Spotless kitchen, great chefs, who were beaming with passion and engagement and pride of their profession. Who would have thought that tortilla making is soo much fun. And the churros with spicy chocolate sauce ... delicious! Chef Travis showed and explained wonderfully, then we got to our stoves- hands-on. Anytime you turned around there was somebody to help, give advice, lend a hand or compliment you on what you have done. Great experience. I will definitely be back! Thanks”

“Lots of neat nick nacks candles girl things.. things smells grate.. lots of open sapce grate place for gifts how ever i was walking out side and they are trying to set up for a movie here . and the owner came out and starting freaking on the people wokring saying u owe me over a sign they set up for a shoot and demaning it be removed.. i xan see the anger but come on lady...and some fake snow calling it takki wanting it removed. Lol im sorry but some times things will be diffrent and anoying but its not the end of the world.. bare with it while they set up for a movie u dont own the publick side walk yes its not what u want but its a movie. Brings revinue to ur shops.”

“We are in Kelowna visiting Grandma and took her for a trip out from the home. We stopped in to try and get some new swag for her and her room. Caleb was exceptional. He saw that it was hard to maneuver her in her wheelchair and would go and pick out items for her to look at. He took the time to provide legendary customer service. He paid extra attention to wrapping her merchandise to make it easier to get it up when we got her back to her room. Authentically kind, in a way you don’t encounter often, Caleb was one of the highlights of our trip and made sure to mention that if she wanted to come back to call ahead to make sure he was working as he would love to see her again. She was absolutely enthralled with him and loves her new room decorations. Thank you again for a truly memorable experience”

The store has a nice selection of products that are better quality than you would find at a big box store.Ducky Down also has equipment to refill old bedding with new filling to rejuvenate instead of replacing bedding.I highly recommend this locally owned store.”
