“I went to Baths by Design to get some info on a kohler product I have. The salesman, Thane, went above and beyond to take care of me. It is rare to meet a salesperson that invested in taking care of you. Its like having a family member with the inside track in the plumbing business. I would highly recommend having Thane as your sales rep at Baths by Design.”
“Beautiful shop with exceptional service! I always love dropping in here. I’m always met with kindness and any help I might need. If you’re looking for gorgeous home decor, quality products or even a jellycat, this is the spot!”
“Came here looking for a gift for some friends. Vanessa was working and helped us out! She was very kind & the store layout was beautiful. We got exactly what we were looking for and the service was top notch. Would recommend for anyone visiting or living in Kelowna !”
“This was our first time using Splashes for a renovation, and we will be back! Lots of help in the showroom from someone who felt a little lost picking out the best fixtures. The fixtures are all beautiful, functional and great quality!”
“Large selection of high quality items; things you won't find anywhere else along with all your essentials. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. My go-to for all my kitchen needs.”

“Amazing! I don't usually leave reviews, but I love our new kitchen and bathroom granite countertops so much that I just had too. I can see why they are so busy and hard to get ahold of. The entire process was so easy and everything turned out so amazing. Thank you!Services: Basement remodeling”
“I brought in my beloved high-carbon steel katana and received the best treatment possible. The person (I forget his name--owner I believe) treated my sword with the utmost respect from the beginning and repaired some worrisome issues with very impressive skill. I am almost afraid of the sword now; it is exactly where it should be in terms of sharpness (they can be too sharp). I will deal with this place for all my sharpening that I cannot do competently myself. I am very impressed. Five stars are not enough to reflect my happiness with this experience. Many thanks!!”

“A year ago I bought a new custom kitchen from Sunridge Supply. It’s the third kitchen I’ve bought in the Okanagan over the last number of years and I must say it is by far the best. Even after a year of use I still look at the kitchen and think, this is a beautiful kitchen and one of very high quality. The solid wood, high quality hardware & overall customer service experience have solidified I’d never go anywhere else and would highly recommend Sunridge to everyone I know. Keep up the great work Damien and team, continue using high quality materials, being as helpful as you are and the competition can’t compete.
If you want a cheap kitchen, go anywhere else. If you want value your search ends with Sunridge.
