Worst Delivery service. Very rude and unprofessional behavior from the driver. We do not have any receiving department (9580, McCarthy Road, Kelowna, BC) but have the list of contact numbers on the door for the couriers to contact to deliver the package. The driver always calls while driving and if someone is few seconds late will not wait deliver the package. He says he cant recieve calls/messages while driving but certainly makes call while he is driving as I always receive calls prior delivery (No purolator truck when i reach the door to receive).There are important items that are expected and a decision for next day delivery from the driver is unacceptable. This is not the first time but have experienced this several times over the years. We would prefer to have the packages delivered by a different sensible purolator delivery person.

Missed delivery because I was at work, that's fine. What's not fine is instead of bringing my stuff to the Canada post literally around the corner they instead dropped it off at this location. Now I get to wait an extra day, drive across town and pick it up myself. Excellent planning and common sense smh.Thank God Purolator isn't the only shipping company. Nothing would get delivered if it were.

I sat at home waiting. Went and looked at my door at 130 and there was a missed notice taped to my door. Didn't even try and buzz me. Now I have to wait tell tomorrow to pick up my time sensitive package. How are these guys even allowed to say they are a delivery company? Here comes the cookie cutter reply

***update***For a while I was actually getting packages delivered, but now they’re delivering “attempted delivery notices”, again.Their ChatBot claims you can request “redelivery”, but when you try to request, the bot just restarts its algorithm from the beginning. The only actual option available is to sign up for notifications about where you can pick up the package that they were supposed to deliver.If you have a carrier choice, choose Intelcom or Canada Post and avoid Purolator.*******They deliver “attempted delivery notices” not packages.Consistent with all the other reviews, every time I’m supposed to get a Purolator delivery, I get an email claiming that I missed an attempted delivery instead. The last time, I was in the lobby of my building receiving a package from Canada Post, when I received the missed delivery email. There was no Purolator truck in sight & no paper “attempted delivery” notice was left.Normally, even though I’m home on scheduled delivery day, I receive a paper “attempted delivery” notice on the community mailbox, but driver never bothers to use the call box to notify me that an “attempt” was made.

Absolutely the worst service ever, the driver never knocks on the door or rings the bell to let you know that package is here and just puts up a slip that says delivery attempted every time they deliver, it’s extremely disappointing as well I still have no idea why big companies have Purolator as a delivery service, it’s horrible, you have wait an extra day to go pick up your package and every time I have went there my package is always mishandled, this company simply shouldn’t even exist at this point so many negative reviews and absolutely horrible costumer service as well delivery service.

One of the worst delivery services. I have never had a good experience with Purolator. Leaves a tag that says “Delivery attempted” without have even buzzed my building number.

The “sorry we missed you” on the top of the missed delivery slip should say “sorry we won’t even bother trying to get this to you”. No driver ever calls our buzzer. I work from home, there’s no excuse for resident not home.

The driver didn't bother to type the buzzer code given in the instructions and just returned the package. Since then, the package sat at their station 5 minutes away from my home for 3 days without retrying and the queue for the customer service phone seemed to last forever.

Despite having my name on the package and on my apartment directory, driver didn't even attempt buzzing and instead left an undelivered notification. Very frustrating to then have to wait a day and pick up.

credit card replacement - purolator expedited delivery to home within 2 days supposed to be Tuesday, no notification or update, package sitting at their dispatch collecting dust. What is the point of delivery if I have to pick up my own package?

Sorry to say that my experience was horribleI am now waiting for my refund to be processedPurolator offers Guranteed Delivery the next day by 10:30 am ($54) that never happenedThe tracking # that I called in to check where my package was said that it arrived at 4 pm and a pick up sticker left on the door. That also never happened. That tracking info given to me was false.This was a Birthday gift for my sister who lives only 3 hrs from me stayed at her office until 4:30 waiting. Purolator was never there and no sticker was on the door.I’m writing this review for Purolator to read. Speaking with customer service is of no help at all.PUROLATOR, I chose you to deliver a very special Birthday gift that had to be there overnight at the time that YOU offered 10:30 AM and I was glad to pay $54This experience was stressful for me and very disappointing!PLEASE issue my refund ASAP
