Sad, never received my packages but tracking says delivered?! No proof of delivery either.

I sat at home waiting. Went and looked at my door at 130 and there was a missed notice taped to my door. Didn't even try and buzz me. Now I have to wait tell tomorrow to pick up my time sensitive package. How are these guys even allowed to say they are a delivery company? Here comes the cookie cutter reply
