“They are good most of the time but if you have and issue, just try and get hold of them-a real person. It took me two weeks to get my pkg redelivered when I wasn’t home to sign. Thinking they’d try again? Nada.And after posting this review, Purolator Customer Service replied, thanking me for my review and suggested I contact them if I have any further issues- AFTER I just stated that I tried for days to get hold of them and couldn’t!!!!!”
“Im sorry the bad UPS review for the Lake shore access point. My 1 star review was meant for UPS delivery person/ people who repeatedly decide to change my preferred delivery point without my permission or knowledge just because they don’t want to do their job and deliver to my residence. It would not frustrate me so much if it my package went to the access point down the street from me but they keep sending my packages across the city which is very inconvenient! Note UPS MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE RELATED TO THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, IM THINKING ITS BECAUSE THEY DONT LIKE CUSTOMERS VERY MUCH??? Just my thoughts on this matter.”
