It can get very busy and tight, many people shop here for a reason. The store is packed with goods with fair to excellent pricing. I find the used firearms to be a tad overpriced but new firearms and ammo are fair. I prefer to support local businesses. If you do too you can't go wrong here.”

“I came in to try on some clothes. And was greeted by Maya at the fitting room. She was absolutely amazing.
First set of clothes that I picked and had brought to the change room. I tried on and I was only in love with one of the tops.
Maya came over, talked to me, listen to what I was looking for and went out of her way to look online as well as searching through the store to find the options that I liked.
In the end, I'd left the store with a new set of confidence. A new outlook on myself that is way more positive than it was before. And I obtained 4 beautiful shirts that I can wear anywhere with any outfit.
A 100% will be shopping at this American Eagle. Again because of how absolutely phenomenal Maya was.

Sale racks always have great stock. Change rooms are big and have lots of them.

“I went in to return a coat that i was gifted because it was not my style and whatever, I walked in and waited in line and I ended up with associate named Taunya I explained to why I was returing in she asked if I had worn it and I said yes I did try it on, She did not reponed much other than seeming to doubt my answer because she had seen a hair on the jacket due to me trying it on and being in my car and she claimed there was a stain on it that I did not see...and the pocket zipper was stuck and she continued to process refund but at the same time I felt very judged and looked at weird made me feel very uncomfortable and I rushed out and did not notice she shorted me $100 on my refund and I had to go back in and deal with manager named Alex he was very welcoming, warm personality and explained what steps he had to take to confirm that I was shorted $100 and he made sure I was taken care of and did end up giving me $100 I was missing and when we walked over the till I was refunded Taunya had a stinky facial expression on while I was standing there waiting for my missing funds. I really appreciate Alex the managers approach to the whole situation. Thank you Alex!!”
“I’ve spent an absurd amount of time at this MEC (and an absurd amount of money). The staff are super dope people who are stoked about the outdoors and know what they’re talking about. Great selection of gear (climbing and backpacking gear, at least), and shopping the sales here can get you some dummy cheap prices on high-quality stuff. Highway robbery type beat.”
