Was passing through Ladysmith on the way to Victoria and stopped in the Visitors Centre to use the washroom. Spoke with the woman working there (sorry, really wish I had gotten your name!) and she offered some great advice for our travels. Thanks to her, instead of driving along the TransCanada, we took the scenic route and it was absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much!! It genuinely added a lot to the drive.

The whole community of Ladysmith is such a warm and welcoming environment…we found our way around the community with ease…the information provided was very helpful…this community has a very vibrant downtown and on our time there , a film crew had the community’s attention..

One of the most beautiful small towns on Vancouver Island. Lots of lovely shops, colorful facades, cafes, restaurants. Great way to spend an hour or so wandering around.
