I'm very particular about my car and they took excellent care of my vehicle like it was their own. I am very happy with the repairs which are perfectly done, you cannot tell. Props to the Detailer as well who did an incredible job inside and out.”

“I bought a used car from Kia Victoria, and the experience was very smooth, stress-free, and fair. Viktor and Emily were great to work with. In the first week of ownership, my car was detailed by a third party that Kia had agreed to pay for, and there was some confusion when I went to pick my car up from the outside shop. I called Kia, and a manager solved the issue fast and went above and beyond. About three weeks later, my car’s head unit broke. After some dialogue, Kia offered some goodwill assistance for a new head unit. Jeremy and Brad’s efforts were much appreciated. I would highly recommend buying a car, new or used, from Kia Victoria.”

“Had damage on my car estimated at 4 autobody shops and found the best price at John's (almost half the price as one of the other ones). One week to get me in - in on Tuesday and completed (on time and estimate) on Friday. Looks great. No hassle and friendly, accommodating people to deal with. Note: when getting ready to depart the premises, I ran into the owner. He was treating his employees to lunch, which I discovered was a weekly practice. Love this business practice and love supporting local businesses in this town!”

“I am very happy with the exceptional level of customer service and care that Audi Victoria provides and I strongly recommend this dealership to all lovers of high-quality German vehicles. I own a 2020 Audi Q5e. Long story short, some of the high-voltage battery packs in the car gave out last year. I worked very closely with Joanne Taylor, the service manager at this branch. Joanne went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and care throughout this lengthy process (which was beyond our control—EV batteries can now be shipped only by boat). Joanne responded promptly to all my messages, questions, and concerns in a timely manner and made sure that I had a loaner from an equivalent model line throughout this process. She was also very helpful when we had to nail down some additional issues that caused acceleration hesitation. Her team did extensive testing on the hybrid drive train and provided me with an exhaustive report on the configured battery cells. I'm very happy to be in my car again. I know that, as certain newfangled car brands are unfolding low-touch car sales and maintenance, the nature of the dealership and service centre is evolving and changing. Joanne's top-notch work and actual care prove that the days of human-staffed service centres are not only far from over but are absolutely essential, especially as the complexity of onboard systems continues to increase. I'm grateful for the service I've received from Audi Victoria and I look forward to working with them in the future—though not _too_ soon! 😉”

“I highly recommend Limas for their outstanding customer service, professionalism and fastidious workmanship. They were able to repair my incredibly expensive, massive Lexus panoramic moonroof which was a challenge in multiple ways. Thank you to the dynamic duo Chris and Riley for their patience and courteous nature throughout the long process of getting the replacement part and putting it in so quickly once it arrived. I won’t go anywhere else if I ever need work done again.”

“I was very satisfied with both the price and the quality of the work. I really appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and would recommend them.”

“I had occasion to go into the dealership with questions about a part. I met Lance Gascoigne, the parts manager, who was more than helpful; he happily told me what I wanted to know, and when I still had more questions about the installation, he simply went and printed pages of info and instructions, all at no charge! Lance went out of his way and took the time to generously and graciously do for me more than I expected. Kudos to Lance! And also to the dealership that gives him the freedom to treat customers that well. 5 stars for Lance! 4 stars on my post only because I don’t know the rest of the dealership.”

“I just had a great experience with the folks at Boyd! Alicia and Ruth were fantastic. They got everything organized, repaired and back to me right when they said they would, after a recent hit and run. And not only was the repair done so well that it looked like new, but they also cleaned the whole car, inside and out. Excellent service!”

“I ripped the bumper off the front of my 2008 Audi A4 and took it in to Craftsman for an estimate, as I had to pay for repairs out of pocket. The manager, Matt, not only provided an honest estimate but searched for parts on the spot to try to make my repair more affordable. When I mentioned I wasn't keen on spending more than $$ amount because it was an older car, he got some tools out and helped put the bumper back in place as best he could, to improve the aesthetics. I appreciated the service immensely and would recommend his business to anyone that asks.”

“Went into Boyd thinking I would be getting approximately a 14-1800 bill to fix my front right bumper. My fault accident. The young guy who was giving me my estimate was able to buff up the main area on the bumper and it looked like new again. All I had to do was buy a paint pen from my dealership for $26 for small thin scrapes. To top it off he didn’t charge me anything. Thankyou Boyd Autobody Keating x Rd. Lorraine”

“Sometimes things don't go according to plan.My tail lights were accidentally damaged during the installation of my wiring harness. After I discovering the leak, Corey took care of my problem by ordering new parts to replace what was accidentally damaged. It took less than a week to get it fixed. In my mind, the businesses that own their mistakes and make things are right are businesses that should get great reviews and return business. Well done, Corey and team!”

“I have been going here for years to pick up things here and there for my vehicles. Every single time I go, no matter who I talk to, each staff member is so helpful. Recently I went and grabbed some paint and the guy who helped me was so awesome!! I’ve been meaning to make a review for a bit but hadn’t gotten around to it so I forgot his name. It was for a ford focus a couple weeks ago! He came out and helped me check the paint code. Anyways, go here for great customer service! Love this place and refer everyone who needs any car maintenance or things to go here! You will be guaranteed to have a great experience and even some fun banter!”
