“I would highly recommend these guys, a few years back I needed a part ( bolt that holds the glass window to the hinge on the back) for my canopy. So I called up cap-it since that was where I purchased my canopy. The guy on the phone there said ok sure we will order the part should be 30 days we will call you. 60 days goes by no call so phone them back they said oh sorry we forgot to order it we will do it now and call you when it arrives ($20 part) another 60 days passes I phone them back and the guy on the phone says “ to tell you the truth we are not going to order the part because we make no money off it” I was shocked that is how they treat their customers and after waiting 150 days already to be told that was insane. So I stopped by these guys shop on my way home from work explained what I needed he said give me a minute went into a drawer and actually had the part I needed, I was very pleased and asked how much he said no charge just have it. I insisted on paying trying to force the guy to at-least take a $20 for the part but he refused. Customer service is like night and day compared to cap-it if you need a canopy these are your guys! “The staff is friendly, and tries hard to solve my problems. The fix is a little expensive but not unreasonable. I do think going to them for certain fixes is better than me fixing it myself for certain scenarios. Their quote for the parts are also a little more expensive, so check RockAuto or other websites before ordering from them. But overall, got some great and friendly advice from them”

“I wanted to take some time to review my recent experience with the service department at Kia Victoria. Let me start by saying that Jeremy and JoHanna are phenomenal when it comes to customer service! Huge RAVE to them for treating me like I was an important customer, my concerns were valid, and my satisfaction is valued.I brought my 2022 Kia Seltos SX Turbo in for a routine service and, at that time, asked if they could check the alignment as well because I was having some issues with the steering wheel alignment and the vehicle drifting. Sure enough, the alignment was out. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told that the alignment was done and there should be no further issues.Upon leaving the dealership, I noticed that the problem was actually worse than before, so I quickly contacted Jeremy and let him know. Without delay, they brought the vehicle back in to rectify the issue. They made some adjustments and said the car would now be good to go. I was even given a free bag with some swag in it for the inconvenience, very appreciated gesture.Low and behold, I leave the dealership and we are back to square one with the original issue. Now, this visit was the only one in which I have a complaint. At one point, when my vehicle was brought back from the wheel alignment, the technician, Jeremy and the Service Manager were all behind the service desk discussing the issue. While they were talking, I was sitting right there in the waiting area and I could hear the conversation clearly. I then hear the Service Manager pipe up, loudly and in earshot of myself and other customers, "Well, they're just not great cars to drive anyway!" I was appalled at this statement being made not only within ear shot of the customer who owns the vehicle being discussed, but in such an open forum about a product this company manufactures. VERY unprofessional in my opinion.I, once again, reached out to Jeremy to let him know the issue is still persisting. Jeremy demonstrated a sincere commitment to resolving the issue, offered to bring the vehicle back in and provide me with a loaner vehicle so I would not have to waste time sitting at the dealership while they investigated. Unfortunately, this visit still did not resolve the issue - the steering wheel was still slightly off to the left, and the vehicle went to the right when I would straighten it.At this point, I was ready to give up. I simply did not have the time, energy or patience to continue bringing the vehicle in and have the issue persist. I expressed this to Jeremy and he, once again, demonstrated a strong and sincere commitment to resolving the issue. This time, they would bring the loaner vehicle to me and bring my car into the dealership for me.One of the other service advisors, JoHanna lives close to me so I was told she would bring me the loaner vehicle. When she reached out to arrange the swapping of keys, I suggested I take her for a drive in my car to demonstrate the issue clearly, in case there was any sort of misunderstanding in how I was communicating the issue. She willingly took the time to come on a short drive with me so I could demonstrate, and even took notes so that she could communicate the issue clearly when she took my vehicle in for me.Upon picking up my vehicle the next day, Jeremy advised me that there was, in fact, an issue with the calibration of the alignment machine - which likely was the cause of the ongoing issue.Happy to say, my vehicle is now fixed and I am a happy customer. As frustrating as the whole experience was, I was blown away by the level of service and dedication that Jeremy, JoHanna, and their team at Kia Victoria demonstrated. I truly felt heard and valued as a customer.PHENOMENAL JOB GUYS!”

“Not sure why it says Fix Auto. I was reviewing BullDogI’ve been using Bulldog Auto for about 6 years. Dave has worked on several of my personal vehicles and a few of our company trucks. The latest was a complete brake job on my Ford F150. Dave has always been fair with his pricing and advice. It’s fixed on time and on budget. If he feels something is out of his wheelhouse, he’ll recommend the business with the equipment etc to fix it. I have no issue recommending Bulldog auto and giving him 5 stars.”

“I scheduled an appointment with them through their website and was pleasantly surprised at how professional and thorough they are with auto repairs. I brought in my car to fix a smashed window and they meticulously went through the process with me.They also offer their own on-site rental car so you have a replacement to use while yours is in the shop for repairs.It's also very reassuring that they update you via text message to inform us of any delays. Additionally, they are quick to reply via email as well.Overall, i had a great time and would definitely return for any future auto repair. “Sometimes things don't go according to plan.My tail lights were accidentally damaged during the installation of my wiring harness. After I discovering the leak, Corey took care of my problem by ordering new parts to replace what was accidentally damaged. It took less than a week to get it fixed.In my mind, the businesses that own their mistakes and make things are right are businesses that should get great reviews and return business. “Large location, lots of part availability, staff is low paid and therefore not a ton of training or motivation. Definitely an entry level job so make sure you verify anything you need to work the first time. These are just things I say about Lordco in general, I've had a great experience with this location and an overall positive experience with Lordco in general. Would recommend.”
