“I don't usually do online surveys. I decided to leave some comments on a recent experience at Rogers , it was not a bad one but it also wasn't what I am use 2 when I deal with this particular store. Anyways.... I did the survey, left my comments and 3 days later (today March 20) I received a call from the district manager Jazz i believe.
WHAT AN AMAZING CALL!!!
#1 I was NOT expecting a call regarding my comments left of survey (wow people actually read those? Who knew? haha)
#2 This man was very kind, he listened to me , answered all of my questions and told me he will " rectify" the issues I had.
#3 Jazz was kind enough to give me a $50 credit on my bill for the inconvenience and to thank me for sharing my opinion.
Now this is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I have been a fan of Rogers for 20 years ,I wasn't going to let 1 so so encounter mess up a long term gig. I am verrrryyy happy in how this was handled.
