“Huge thanks to Furqan and Ben for their very kind help! They were both so incredibly knowledgeable about both fido and Roger's as well as shaw. They were both so patient at listening to all my questions. They took care of everything switching me to Roger's and I really appreciated that because I know little about technology. They went above and beyond to write a to do list for me for what to do afterwards when I get home. They were so thoughtful to listen to my needs and got me the best deal! They were very thoughtful about protecting my personal info. Highly recommend furqan and ben!”

“I came into Best Buy - Mayfair for a minor sim card purchase and ended up with an issue that required assitance from Telus. The Telus store told me they could not help so when I returned to Martina at Best Buy she went above and beyond to provide a solution despite it not being their responsibility. If you were to look up excellent customer service you would find a picture of Martina !! Go to Best Buy.... don't waste time Telus”
