Despite being a tiny customer, I get instant service, with a smile, and not only do they have a selection of quality hardware for rigging, their prices are better than the retail stores I would otherwise go to. “Always excellent customer service. Many nifty little items and delightful product throughout the store. Well managed. Parking sucks, park across the street at the extra foods parking lot and get some steps in, safe on gas and help the environment at the same time.”
