I've banked with HSBC for years and they have treated me well. I read a one star review from someone that isn't even a customer and they're complaining that they get mail from this bank. You cannot blame a business for having a wrong address that the customer hasn't updated.

Great customer service from Sarah, she was courteous and attentive, I highly recommend Langley Branch for any banking service at HSBC.

Just scored a 0.99% mortgage rate with a great banking package thrown in. Much better than some of the credit unions around here (Envision Financial I'm looking at you)
