We wanted to add a new phone to our plan and move another plan over. She was knowledgeable, friendly, experienced and kind. Additionally, while we were in the store, two elderly people came in separately for help with things that were really not related to the services of the company but the other staff assisted them with grace and kindness. We were very impressed with the service of all staff.”
