“I STARTED WITH INTERNET RESEARCH, THEN CALLED THE FOAM SHOP IN LANGLEY. TALKED TO RICK AT THE LANGLEY LOCATION, SO VERY HELPFUL RIGHT FROM THE START. BROUGHT MY MEASUREMENT AND TEMPPLATE IN FOR MY RECUMBENT BIKE SEAT. I ASKED WHEN DO YOU WANT ME TO PICK UP, HE SAID I WILL DO IT RIGHT NOW. I COULDN'T BELIVE IT. SURE ENOUGH HE CUT, AND ASSEMBLED FOAM AND TOPPER ON THE SPOT. RICK WENT OVER AND ABOVE WHAT I EXPECTED. I WILL BE GOING BACK FOR ANY OTHER FOAM PROJECTS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“I have been very happy with this company. My wife and I walked in off the street just to see. We were about to upgrade our mattress, and we had already decided on one we were going to purchase online. The customer service individual, Abdul, was very accommodating and let us try things around the store, helping us understand the differences between bed types. (He was especially patient with our high-energy two year old, who wandered the store recklessly.) Abdul met us closer to the online price we were after, and we went with SleepShop.
About a week after we purchased the bed, we found out there was a defect in the mattress. Abdul and SleepShop were very generous and accommodating in making sure we got a replacement. The price for them actually delivering it (and bringing it up two flights of stairs) was very fair, and the men who delivered it were friendly and professional.
We are beyond happy with our mattress (neither of us have slept so good), and it is nice to be treated well by a brick and mortar company. In the age where online companies are destroying small business, I was happy to give a little more to these guys. Will recommend to friends if it comes up in the future.”
