“I went to this store because its pretty close to my house but i must say i didn’t regret.I was looking for rocking recliner chair and Daljeet greeted me as soon as got in the store. He showed me whats available along with connecting all power recliners with electricity, i wanted to try. I finally chose a power leather fabric recliner and he made me a good deal for this.I am really impressed by Daljeet’s service. I am sure he will do good for himself and for store as well. I wish him good luck and recommend everyone to give Daljeet and this store a chance.”

“I had a bad experience with an IKEA mattress so dropped into my local Sleep Country outlet in South Surrey. Was greeted by a very informed salesperson named Jeff who saved the day or should I say nite as in sleep. Although a massive chain this store has that hometown get to know you and help you out feel. Jeff listened to my story, made some thoughtful suggestions and then went to work. After trying a few we decided on the perfect mattress. Jeff knew I needed it quickly but with the store closing like in 5 minutes arranged delivery for early the next day. Delivery people arrived promptly, unpacked it and placed it on my frame.took the garbage to. Excellent informed purchase. Thanks Jeff and Sleep Country ?? SouthPoint.”

“Bonnie at Sleep Country Cloverdale was the most professional sales person that I have ever dealt with, I cannot say enough nice things about this representative. Bonnie spent hours of her time with me helping me to get the perfect bed for me and my 6'3 son. Her knowledge of the products that Sleep Country had to offer was extensive not to mention the financing knowledge that she had as well. I learned things that I never thought about when purchasing a new bed, sheets and pillows. In my opinion, Sleep Country should give this lady a promotion.”

“Walked in to buy a new mattress.After a quick chat with sales lady. She advised that my 9 year old Beautyrest was still under warranty. Gave me the phone number to customer service. I called them about the issue. They sent me an email and 3 days later customer service had a replacement (2022 model) on order for me. Store manager was also fantastic to deal with. This is now my 4th bed from them.Delivery was done Today.Professional and quick.Thanks for such a good experience.”

“This store is absolutely phenomenal, the manager and the ladies working there the day I came in looking for a gaming desk, chair, some patio stuff all for my new home I'm moving into, they where so kind and uplifting, I have no idea why there's any 1 star reviews on here about this place because I got nothing but smiles and respect from, I believe it was the manager, curly red he'd lady and a couple of her staff, interesting names, but anyways awesome vibe in that store, 1st time ever shopping there and bought everything!!!!...couldn't resist. They had everything I need and they helped me with everything. I live only 20 minutes from the store and I'll ABSOLUTELY be coming back for more. I really can't say enough great things about the staff there, made me feel so welcome, no pressure no hassle I even got the color scheme I wanted. That manager tho ?....incredible ?. Hats off!!!”
