Michaels is a popular craft store offering a wide variety of supplies for artists and crafters of all levels. Customers can find essential items such as art supplies, fabric, yarn, knitting and crochet supplies, frames, floral materials, scrapbook items, jewelry kits, and craft machines like Cricuts. The store also provides a range of party supplies, including balloon inflation, decorations, gift packaging, and tableware, making it a convenient one-stop shop for events and seasonal occasions.
While the Langley branch has been described as a typical Michaels store, some customers have noted issues with understaffing, especially during busy times. However, many have praised the helpful and friendly staff. One customer highlighted a positive experience with an employee who assisted in checking a Christmas tree package, demonstrating patience and support throughout the process.
Michaels is well-stocked with Christmas decorations and craft supplies, often providing great deals, making it easy for shoppers to find everything they need in one visit. Whether for crafting or party planning, Michaels aims to help customers unleash their creativity.
Many changes in the store but everything is always easy to find and the staff is always helpful
