“I recently brought in a very large print to be framed and wanted to share my experience as I’m SO happy with the outcome.I took the photo print into the Frame Shop and two super friendly and passionate team members worked with me to create a beautiful customized frame. A few weeks went by, and I got a call from Lexi, one of the employees that helped me, saying that unfortunately in the framing process a black mark was accidentally made on the top of the print along the border. Of course I was really upset as the photo print was a very meaningful 1 of 1 gift, but I also understand that these things can happen. Lexi offered me a 50% refund and assured me the team would work on adding a matte to cover it and still be able to show the artists signature and note on the bottom.I got a call a week or so later saying that the frame they tried didn’t end up looking as good as they wanted, so they were going to try another option. They kept me updated on the timeline/process and I could tell they were working so hard and felt awful about the mark.I picked up the print a couple of weeks ago when I heard it was ready. It looks AMAZING. The matte they added is perfectly placed. The colour matching is stunning - I couldn’t be happier. I was so scared to see a marked up, ruined photo in an expensive frame, but what I got instead was a beautiful, perfectly framed piece of art that I can very proudly hang on my wall. I can’t believe how well they managed to cover the mark. You would literally never ever notice it.Thank you SO much to Lexi and the entire Framing Team for working so hard to correct a mistake and make sure I was happy with the outcome. ❤️❤️❤️”
