I ordered my son a bat for his birthday and Canada post returned it without notifying me. I called MVP and they said it would be like 3 weeks for the bat to return and get back to me. So they instead sent me another bat right away so it arrived just before my son’s birthday.
Excellent customer service!

I had a really good experience here. Plenty of workers are there to help unlike big chain stores. The staff were great and I would recommend this store for cleats and football equipment. It was refreshing to get actual good service at an establishment. Very rare to find these days.
