The staff provided expert advice on how to manage knee pain with proper runners, and went the extra mile to bring out 3 options right away all in stock in my size.

“After experiencing pain in my feet and calves, doing physio, and starting at the gym, I realized I really needed to look at better running shoes. I'm an Air Jordans kinda person and had no idea where to start when it came to appropriate sneakers.
My partner and I were warmly welcomed when we walked into the store by Kurt, where we discussed the issues I was having. I
let Kurt take the wheel and he explained to me what sort of shoe I needed, and laid out some options for me. Honestly the first try-on was magical - there was immediate relief in my calves, I was walking on clouds! ? After trying on a few pairs, and Kurt assessing how I walked in them, we settled on a set. The customer care and products convinced my partner to also get a pair of running shoes right then and there as well.
We both walked out very happy our experience. I'm still using the shoes a few months later and they've genuinely helped the concerns I've had. I can't wait to come back and get another pair.”
“I honestly have only amazing compliments to give to this company! I was in a rush to get jerseys for my dragon boat team in Montreal, QC, and no suppliers seemed able to provide the shirts on time. Skye and his team worked so hard to not only deliver the jerseys on time but do such a beautiful work! I had the main ideas for the design but needed their help to make it a reality. The final design looked stunning, the colours really popped, the transition from front to back was perfect, the fit of the shirts are amazing, quality is great... “Overall very good outdoor supply store. For top notch camping supplies, this is your go to store. The amount of lightweight camping items they have with the exact metric and imperial weight of said items is super handy. It would be very convenient with MEC if tools, knives, firearms, and the respective items having to do with said items were sold here as well. There are a few little knives and flare guns and such but still a very limited selection. The other problem with MEC is most of the prices are very, very high. If one is well-off to rich that’s totally fine but for lower to middle class it can limit options significantly. It also would be very handy to have more tactical military/police style gear here, but ah well. Still overall a decent store if you have the money and want high quality hiking/camping/outdoor gear”

These stores are very reliable when it comes to carrying sports garments and equipment. The staff there were quite helpful with what I was looking for as well. “Tyler’s customer service is unreal!!!!!! I found the last Louisville Supra Starship available in the size I needed at MVP Athletics (completely sold out across Canada and USA in a 28” -10) and placed an online order right away. There were some complications with their inventory and the system showed the item as out of stock. Tyler remembered how disappointed I (thought) I was to not get the bat for my son, and called me back immediately to tell me that it was just an error and they in fact did have it in stock! After a ton of logistical changes and complications on my end (I had already ordered a replacement after the order was declined), Tyler made it happen for me after all with express shipping from BC to Ontario. If it wasn’t for his honesty, and genuine care for his customers I wouldn’t be able to make my son’s Birthday dream come true. So much thanks from Mississauga Ontario!!
