Joke of a company. Don't ever pay extra for next day delivery. Took 3 days then then left no pickup notice. Been driving my package around for 24 hours instead of leaving it for pickup at the local depot. Going on day 5 hopefully I can get it today!

Horrible delivery service. Never attempted delivery at home in the first place.
was home all the time. There was no delivery notice attached to the door. Called customer care upon not receiving shipment - wait time was almost 55 minutes, still called and left message to deliver at home. Second day package tracking status was updated as out for delivery but delivered at the this Purolator pick up point. Spent cab expenses to pickup the package out of own pocket from this location.
Raised concern at this pick up point about no delivery attempt made for two days. The front desk lady told bluntly to call the customer care and log a complaint. Also she mentioned that drivers do that all the time but your package will be delivered here.
1. Not happy with Purolator service as it cost equivalent of sale discount amount for pick up expenses from own pocket. 2. As Purolator does this all the time to deliver shipment at pick up point instead of customers door step so raised my complaint to shipper not to use them as courier partner. Shipper also agreed that Purolator was not able to manage the delivery due to heavy backlog.

Purolator Langley is horrible. They avoid delivering as much as possible. I was at home especially to wait my parcel. And no body call me, no body knocked to my door, they just leaved notice in the mail. Now I have to spend all my day to fined my parcel and not to get it today maybe in next day or even later. It is horrible, it is horrible!!!!!!!!!
Avoid using this company if at all possible.

Always call first. The date and time put on your slip apparently is rarely the date and time you can pickup. Don't waste your time and call ALWAYS first. It's extremely frustrating and to hear this is normal isn't a great look.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Had a Christmas present package delivered to this depot while I was out of the country. Had a family member go and speak with them about holding the package for a week, they agreed and wrote on the slip that they will hold it until 3 days after I was home. When I went in before the send back date, they had returned my package “by mistake”. Employee said, sorry, can’t help you….

Purolator Langley is horrible - they are a 'delivery' company that avoids delivering as much as possible. More than once they have come to our house and placed a 'sorry we missed you' notice on our door without knocking. Today, I was clearly home with my vehicle in the drive & lights on @ 3PM when I heard a faint noise at the front of my house. I walked the 5m from my kitchen to the front door and opened it to see the Purolator vehicle driving away and a 'missed you' tag on the door. Zero attempt to deliver. Pull into the driveway, stealthily place a tag on the door without knocking, and leave as quickly as possible. Brutal.
UPDATE: the issue above happened Dec 2 & the 1* review was posted on the same day. I have a Langley address approx 20 mins drive east of Purolator Langley. The tag on my door noted to pick up the package at the Langley depot.
On the morning of Dec 3, I received a text notification from Purolator w/instructions on picking up my package at the Purolator Sumas location - 40 mins east of my Langley address and a full hour drive from the Langley location.
Because I was already in Langley on the afternoon of the 3rd for another matter, I went to the Purolator Langley location to claim my package, and it was there, NOT at the Sumas location.
So after purposefully avoiding delivery of my package on the 2nd, and me posting a 1* review as a result, I received a text the next morning directing me to an incorrect pick-up location that would have wasted 90 mins of my time. Coincidence?

These guys are absolutely atrocious, and must be avoided at all costs. Purolator claimed that I moved (a lie) and we were here the entire day that they claimed to be delivering the package. They were unable to change the address and sent a really important package back to the receiver. Sheer laziness has now cost our business a ton of money. I let the receiver know to never use them again. The drivers are sloppy and I'm convinced don't even try

Pick up my online order here. The lady at the counter was friendly and very efficient. In and out in less than 3 minutes maybe. Thank you and keep up the good work. The location is easy to find. Lots shared parking. Public transit nearby.

Do not bother giving us an AI - generated auto-reply.
Let me start by saying I never give bad reviews ever.
We have received a notice to pick up a parcel at Maple Ridge. Maple Ridge! And we live in Langley. First of all, why would we ask for a delivery then. Now, we would have to drive more than 30 minutes to get the parcel. And to think, there is a purolator five minutes from where we live.
We would be emailing American Eagle to not use your service anymore. Maybe they will listen, maybe they will not. To everybody reading my review and you have a bad experience with Purolator as the delivery service of the business you dealt with, contact head office of the business and ask them to switch delivery services.
At the very least, Purolator, ask your delivery drivers. If the situation was reversed, and it was them who was supposed to get a delivery to their home, no buzz, no phone call and now they get a notification that they have to drive half an hour to get the package, how would they feel? Please treat your customers how you want to be treated as well.

Wow not suprised by the 2.5 star. Very disappointed I've had to go pick up my packages 3 times in a row when I pay for them to be delivered to my house for years. They are getting lazy. Used you guys for years. If I have to pick up one more time I'm using someone else. UPDATE: prices have gotten stupid so I now go with Loomis. Half the price and delivered with no hassle.

like most amazon deliveries it seems pitching the package at the front door is standard. way to go Purokator. do none of these package tossers realize that nearly every house out there has some form of camera watching their front doors?

Purolator made a quick delivery, but just made a small knock, did not ring the bell. I never got to the door in time so had to drive 15 minutes to a pickup station. Google Maps was great directing me to where they were.
A lady was very pleasant at the pick up spot.
