Still on hold 45 minutes later, for the second day in a row! After yesterday’s failed delivery and follow up call 38 minutes on hold, I was very hopeful that the information I supplied, (address, cell number, description of my house) would result in delivery of my package!! But no, alas, despite bumping into my husband whilst driving around the private airport we live on and actually being asked if he had a package for us he said no and drove away. Sigh…. How are these people still in business?

My passport was not delivered and they simply updated “Address correction- entry code required” in the tracking portal. The apartment allows Purolator courier guys to get inside without entry codes. I am concerned if I will get my passport.

I came with numerous Amazon packages to return and the lady at the front told me she has alot of work to do and to organize the packages which were already organized. Stating have the QR code ready. Which I had. Didn’t want to do her job, until a nice gentleman came and helped me. Why work there if you don’t want to do your job

Waiting, super excited to get the package. I took the day off to hang around for the delivery. Around noon the online tracking tool said an attempt was made and a notice was left. I don't live in an apartment, i have a front door, I was home, no knock, no doorbell, no notice left on the door, delivery attempt was a full-on lie. I went to the online chat and they said there was no explanation for the driver and that I could reschedule a delivery or pick it up at the depot the next day.
Hey Purolator, if you are so under-staffed make the pick up option the first option.When I had contacted via chat earlier to ask about pick up but they said it was being loaded on to the truck for delivery.
You are a delivery company. Deliver the package.
If you don't deliver the package then you aren't a delivery company.

Missed delivery with no call. Left a label to go pick up. Delivery driver gave out the wrong date for pick up. Wasted my time.

It's hard to articulate how bad Purolator is. Without fail, every delivery from them has issues. I live in an apartment building, so their best practice is to say no delivery was possible or missed delivery rather than call me, use the directory or warn me in advance.
As I've had this issue with them previously, I chatted in in advance last week to input my buzzer so that their driver couldn't pull this again. I even chatted in afterwards to confirm they had my request. All seemed well, until I check the status of my delivery and yet again, it tells me address correction required.
It seems I just have to expect this now when any retailer uses Purolator as their delivery service. I will be leaving feedback with every retailer that uses them to request they stop. Doubtful that will go anywhere but maybe if enough of us voice frustration, it can have an impact.

Worst service ever! Paid for premium delivery and still didn't receive the package. Customer service is also terrible.

If you want your package not to be delivered this is the company for you. Never have 1 package delivered to the building, instruction for delivery are VERY clear (use intercom to be let inside building). Needless to say the delivery driver never, NEVER, use the intercom and just leave the paper with the pick up location... lazy drivers? Out of all the delivery companies this is so far the worst!

Convenient location in Willowbrook area, especially if you love Dairy Queen haha. Then again, that location doesn’t accept the DQ points so I go to the other one on Highway 10 but I digress.
Love the drop off option from Amazon , no need to wrap in box like for Canada Post.
Only limitations are the hours versus CP @ Shoppers.
Friendly service.
