I didn't have to wait long, and was greeted with exemplary friendliness. The conditions of the prepaid Sim card were explained well to me, but it seemed that my follow-up questions about how to reactivate my card if I return to Canada after a two-year absence were not addressed in the clarity that I would have wished for. When I asked for alternative deals, all other options were readily explained to me, and I could adjust my choice to fit my situation better.
