“Absolutely thrilled by my experience from start to finish with Boyd! I opened a claim for vandalism and the team at Boyd were fast to get me booked in and get the estimate approved by my adjuster. They communicated consistently via text (my choice of contact) and got me booked it for repairs quickly. My rental was coordinated and they picked me up right from Boyd. When I got my car back the repairs were stellar - you couldn't even tell it had any damage. Plus it was spotless. Lloyd and Darcy make a great team in the office along with their receptionist! They were easy to touch base with throughout the whole experience. Ideally I won't need to submit another claim anytime soon but if I have to I will happily and enthusiastically come back to this location!”
