“At the end of summer in 2022 I bought a Roof Top Tent from Modula Racks. I didn’t realize at the time, but it was an early edition of the RTT. While I still think the general design is great, this particular tent developed some issues with water ingress.This is where the tale gets great!(Yeah, you weren't expecting that, were you?)I reached out to Modula Racks through their website. I was quickly contacted by Megan. She contacted the tent manufacturer and was very helpful obtaining information from them and working to provide a solution. It was refreshing to work with someone who was genuinely there to help me find a fix.Due to design changes things weren’t shaping up too great for pulling the material. At that point Megan arranged a visit to their new Cloverdale location to help me figure out how to remove the tent fabric so I could dry it out at home. I expected 15-20 minutes tops, and a few pointers. 45 minutes later the Cloverdale team, after thoroughly checking the tent, offered to pull the tent from my vehicle and dry it out for me, in their shop, and work out how to stop the water leaks. This location wasn’t even open for business yet!Long story short, Megan kept going to bat for me with the manufacturer, and final story, a brand new, current generation tent was provided, for free! Talk about walking in the shoes of their customer and providing GREAT customer service.And a shout out to Roofnest for standing behind their product!Mike Brent”

“I recently called Fix Auto Surrey after calling many other repair shops as the window to my insurance claim was closing. All other shops refused to even get me in for an estimate.The folks at Surrey Fix Auto opened a slot for me the next morning, looked at my vehicle and started ordering the parts necessary right away. They also helped me work with ICBC to reopen my claim which had apparently been closed.Within a week or so, they had enough parts to get the work started and some more on the way. Within 2 weeks of calling them, my car was brand new again. They even put me in contact with a fantastic windshield repair shop down the road, and had it completed before returning our car. They detailed the inside and gave it a good wash too!When everyone else gave up on my car before even trying, let alone looking at it, the people at Surrey Fix Auto took me in with open arms, and wonderful smiles. They are exceptional at what they do and absolute professionals. The service and work done were amazing.I live in PoCo but next time I need any work done, I will make sure to call them first. “I called them and Darlea helped me. I had to get a canopy key but they dont make keys. She asked for the serial number of the Canopy and right away told me that these canopy’s are coded to open with the ignition key. She saved me $165 for each lock so that’s $495 right there. That’s how a customer service should be. I would recommend to go see Darlea and get solutions to your problems. ?”
