“This is my third time dealing with Mike's and every time I've come away extremely satisfied. Mike is extremely personable, and very sensitive to customer's concerns about getting a quality result for the lowest price. Today I asked him to estimate work on a cosmetic repair to cover over some foreign paint stains transferred to my car's fender and quarter panel. Mike did the inspection on the spot, calculated and wrote up the estimate and then said "But, I wouldn't do it if I were you." Instead he told me how to remove the paint stains, where to find my pain trim color code, and how to touch up the scratches myself. He then did the paint stain removal himself while I watched. And, no charge for any of this.”

“I had some kind of fluid leak and wasn't sure where it was coming from. After reading some positive reviews on Haney Automotive I decided to give them a try as they were nearby. They told me it would take an hour to identify the leak and would then send me a report. I received the report early the following day. It was easy to read and included 3 videos to help me understand the problem. It was a transmission leak and potentially quite a serious problem. They gave me a couple options and what the costs would be but recommended I take it to Mister Transmission as they had the expertise to do a rebuild which could save me quite a bit of money. I really appreciated that their priority was saving me money and not keeping the car in their shop. They also said it only took half an hour to identify the leak so that was all they charged me.”

B&F to see if he could fix it , he took a look at it immediately no wait at all and fixed it right then . It was an easy fix so he didn’t charge me , that’s unheard of these days it’s nice yo know there are still good people in this world . “Absolutely thrilled by my experience from start to finish with Boyd! I opened a claim for vandalism and the team at Boyd were fast to get me booked in and get the estimate approved by my adjuster. They communicated consistently via text (my choice of contact) and got me booked it for repairs quickly. My rental was coordinated and they picked me up right from Boyd. When I got my car back the repairs were stellar - you couldn't even tell it had any damage. Plus it was spotless. Lloyd and Darcy make a great team in the office along with their receptionist! They were easy to touch base with throughout the whole experience. Ideally I won't need to submit another claim anytime soon but if I have to I will happily and enthusiastically come back to this location!”

The most important part is they are professional enought to recomend someone else to deal with the issue as it wasn't somthing they were comfortable to do, which is rare. “I originally scheduled an appointment at Fix 4 Less to have my wiper motor replaced, but while I was there, I ended up getting an oil change and a front light bulb replaced as well. It ended up being cheaper than what they originally quoted me! As a woman, I felt completely comfortable—everyone was super honest, the work was done quickly, and they even quoted me less than the book value for the job. “Definitely would recommend the service side of Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Ram. James, the lead service advisor, and Roger, the diligent mechanic, solved a computer module issue that had created different warning signs on the dash, including air bag, which was unnerving. Roger tracked down the issue and the dash is now clear. Kudos to Roger and James! I would NOT recommend the sales side of Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! While waiting to get the service done, we met Melina, who came to meet us outside and discuss a future need we have for a fleet of trucks. There were several sales guys huddled around a computer at the front desk and didn't acknowledge us. She is definitely the person we want to purchase from because of her personable and professional demeanour. THEN, a couple days later, we went to see Melina, to further discuss those trucks, Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram fired her for "not being productive enough". I have a suggestion, fire the sales guys loitering about because they were not being productive either. We'll be visiting her at her new company and whomever gets her will be very fortunate! .”
“The guys at Sapperton Motors are great it's hard to find an honest Mechanic but these guys are fantastic, twice I've brought my 2015 Pathfinder in and they fix small things like loose nut that caused my windshield wiper to stop moving or a rubbing break shield for free, they fixed my front Struts and flushed my power steering system everything has always been done quickly.
They are always friendly, quick and honest.”
