“Last week I went to BC Gadgets because my phone would'nt let me in. I forgot the pasword so my phone did not work. The store owner said to me while he had phone, and while he was checking it he said, did you drink last night or get drunk? I said I don't drink, I live clean life and he asked about pills, I said the same thing but I was angry for him asking me those questions. But this week I thought about it and my actions, and I am sorry I got so bitter. I believe in forgiveness. So I told him today when I went in to forgive me. We shook hands and I'm glad this is behind me.

“The customer care I received was outstanding. Harkarn was so polite, respectful, efficient, patient and easy to understand. This last point is crucial to myself, 70 years old, but often confused with today's technology. Not today though.......Harkarn was fantastic.
My experience was a 10/10.”
