They haven't even updated the hours its 9:30 till 6:00 p.m. I have come here twice nothing is as it states on the website. The other time I came during my lunch hour he had a sign on the door saying out for errands. A very poorly run business. Too bad for me I have to use it for Amazon not again though.

The staff incorrectly told me that my Amazon.ca return label was not valid in Canada. I went to another UPS location, and they accepted it immediately. Please verify return labels before refusing customers.
