“Negative reviews must be from those who expect UPS to roll out a red carpet upon entering the facility. I walk in, never a line-up of people upon people, the guy says hi, I say why I'm there, he directs me to add my package to the pile, in 1-3 hours I get an email notification that my package is on its way. Amazing. Y'all gotta calm down. Lol

Tried home phone, AI edits, Shoppers, London drugs and had been duly frustrated with the subsequent failures.....but the gentleman at this UPS knew exactly what to do. Thank you”
