Showed up during posted hours, store was locked up
Open sign is constantly up without them being open

Good service, the gentleman working directed me to add my package to a pile, I was a little uncomfortable with that but it was scanned in shortly after. I’ll use them again, the business owner obviously cares as he processed my package just fine. I will probably ask to see it scanned next time for my own peace of mind but regardless, they provided

Horrible! The guy running the desk, wouldn’t even look at me when I had a question. And just told me to leave my package 🤷🏻 Very nasty and rude! Never go here

UPS is always challenging to drop items off. I am following the rules of the return invoice to be told that I’m wrong and that I’ll be charged $1 per box for them to tape it for me. Try to avoid doing business here if you can. Don’t recommend

Don’t rely on their operating hours. The owner opens late, leaves shop at random times, and closes early. Unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid if possible

If you need to go to a UPS store or return a package to Amazon, the Staples in Pitt Meadows can take UPS packages and UPS return packages which I have sadly only learned after going to this store. If I could write lower than one star, I absolutely would. The owner is an incredibly rude Asian man. With no common sense and no customer service skills whatsoever. When I walked in, he demanded that I pay to take my packaging information to my package that Amazon provided me. I went across the street to the bank and taped it up. came back And like every other Amazon return, you need to scan the barcode so that it can be refunded to you.
He said, and I quote he is not affiliated with UPS at all. Makes no sense to begin with considering he’s a franchise store owner. So I looked it up on my phone. He continued to Be rude, argumentative, and telling me to go to Staples if I didn’t want to be in the store. I then left the package there and he told me he was going to leave it outside and not process it. That dude has serious problems and does not belong anywhere near customers or people in general. The store has been reported to Amazon. Hopefully something is escalated from there.

God awful service. Don’t bother showing up till 9:45 because the door says open at 9:30 and he usually shows up late. If your package somehow ends up here I highly recommend returning to sender/ trying your delivery again. If you do have to come make sure you come at 9:45-2pm. Also expect very rude, difficult for no reason and disrespectful service.

According to UPS a Parcel pick up can be transferred into another name as long at they live at the same address. Went to pick parcel up and was denied.
The UPS worker said we was not affiliated with UPS how ever that store is called THE UPS STORE.

The store timings say that the closing time is 6pm but it was already closed/unattended when I got there before 5pm. The guy from the store next door told me not to bother waiting as the guy is crazy and I would be better off going to some other store, so I just left

The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. It’s disappointing that we have to rely on this type of attitude for community services. When concerns were raised, he showed no care at all. His exact words were: “I’ve been here for 6 years and it does not affect my business.” That says everything about how little he values customers and the community.

The guy that works here is extremely rude. He won’t accept prepaid packages. He doesn’t have an answer for where to go. Honestly stay clear of this location. Go to staples they’re professional and helpful.

What is wrong with this company and the employee they’ve chosen to represent it? Does this business even care about serving people? Don’t waste your time here — the service is downright awful. Sure, anyone can have a bad day, but this man seems to have one every single day. The first time my partner went, I thought maybe it was just an off day. But when I went myself, it was the exact same miserable experience, and I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere. Absolutely pathetic — both on the employee’s part and the company’s for allowing it.
