“Halfway on our trip from Kelowna to Vancouver the engine light came on. I just bought the car so I was stressed about it. We stopped at Nicola Valley Radiator, they scanned for the codes and they said everything was fine, some minor issues but it wouldn't be any problem to get to Vancouver. They didn't charge us or anything and they were very kind, helpful and reassuring. I would go there if I had major problems!”

“I wish this place was in my home town. My trailer blew a wheel bearing coming into Merritt and it was looking grim until I was pointed to this Bumper to Bumper. The guy running the place is Bryan and he happened to be the one helping me sort things out. Not only was he able to get me the parts I needed, he also took the time to help me assemble them knowing I was essentially on the side of a road with minimal tools. Within an hour we had the parts ready for install. Thank you Bryan and the B2B crew for the attention to customer service and your willingness to go the extra mile.”
