“I was travelling through Merritt when my car came up with a tire pressure warning. Even after filling the tire the warning wouldn’t go away. I didn’t catch her name but the woman that helped me was amazing! She figured that my sensors were off and not reading the correct tire and then reset them for me all while explaining what the issue was in a clear non-condescending way.”
“Halfway on our trip from Kelowna to Vancouver the engine light came on. I just bought the car so I was stressed about it. We stopped at Nicola Valley Radiator, they scanned for the codes and they said everything was fine, some minor issues but it wouldn't be any problem to get to Vancouver. They didn't charge us or anything and they were very kind, helpful and reassuring. I would go there if I had major problems!”
“I pulled in after camping in the Shuswap for 4 days, and my 2021 bronco with turbo wasn't running right. I was worried I wasn't going to make it home safely to the lower mainland. They were busy, cars in the shop, on the hoist, and sitting outside. But they made time for me, checked out my vehicle, plugged in the scanner, took it for a little drive, while letting us come in the office for some AC, and let my son use the bathroom. They told me what was wrong, but being a specialty part they can't get it right away. They gave me tips and guidance to get home safely, and what to ask the next shop to fix. When I went to pay for be diagnostic fee, they said don't worry about it. Get home safely. 10/10 in my books!”

“This shop was a savior!! We had a little mishap on the road. We ran over a small piece of wood, about the size of a brick, and it hit the exhaust and muffler. We had to stop and find an auto repair shop here in Merritt. He accommodated us immediately and provided a temporary fix which would be good enough to help us be at our destination in Golden.”
