“We were on the side of the road with two flat tires (with two small kids in tow), and when we called Kal Tire we spoke with Jordan. We got our vehicle towed there and was met with the best customer service ever!!! They were so generous with their time and efforts for our family! They showed us exactly what happened and why. Jordan was so thorough with us it was unbelievable. All of the staff were outstanding! They got us in and out so quickly!!! HIGHLY recommend going to Kal Tire---amazing service and such kind people!Thank you so much for helping us in a stressful time of need.”

“This is my first review ever, but I feel compelled to do this. I am a renovations contractor from Toronto and these have got to be the most scrupulously honest, kind, and generous people that I believe to have ever met in any business. First they gave me free over the phone consultation. Understanding, full well, that I am capable of doing the work myself. Then when I took ol Maybaleen in to give them some work for all their time which I had felt to have wasted. They had done an impecable job for about 40% less then I would have expected. Finally, just to top things off, the owner(Shawn) personally took the time out of his busy shop to help me diagnose another problem(no appointment) refusing to accept any payment:) Wow! “Honest fellow, told us we had nothing to worry about and suggested that if we still had concerns in Spring to get a full brake system inspection to ensure we have a safe and wonderful year of travels. Wouldn't take a dime for what he did. We will be booking that inspection with him in Spring.”
“I started my day with two self tapping screws in both passenger side tires of my 3500 up in Logan Lake. Made a phone call down the list on google got told by other places it’d be a couple days this and that then got a hold of fountain tire. Even though they were working on other projects at the time they said come on in. Pulled up got right in and got both tires done in 30 minutes. The cost was half of what I was expecting and the service was phenomenal. All staff members that worked on my truck were outgoing and very informative on what was going on. The front desk was also very helpful, quick at what the diagnosis on the phone and very friendly. All in all 10/10 will be back for any future tire issues and sales with that kind of service.
